Questions, bugs, or feedback — we're happy to help.
The fastest way to reach us is by email. We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
Reporting a bug? It helps to include your device model, iOS version, the app version (Settings → About), and the steps to reproduce the issue.
Billmux is a native iOS app for iPhone and iPad. An Android version is in development.
Yes — Billmux is currently free to use.
No. Billmux never connects to your bank, card, or financial accounts — you add your bills manually. Bank sync is on the roadmap for a future release.
When you mark a recurring bill as paid, Billmux automatically creates the next instance at the same interval, so you never have to re-enter the same bill twice.
Yes. You can add any number of payees and track their bills separately, each with its own history and recurring schedule.
You sign in with Google or with Apple. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email," we only ever see a private relay address.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Billmux in your device's Settings, and that Focus / Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them. Please keep your own records too — reminders are a convenience and may be delayed or, rarely, not delivered, so don't rely on them as your only record of a due date.
Delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app: Settings → Delete Account. If you can't access the app, email us and we'll take care of it.
Export your data. Email support@billmux.com to request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
